Solution
Create a ticket with the Support team and request a change to your license to turn on HTTPS, a member of the Support Team will update your license
After you receive confirmation from the Support Team that your license has been upgraded you can verify that HTTPS is enabled by navigating to Utilities > Administration > Server > Operational Statistics > License Capabilities - look for Allow SSL: yes.

- Use the instructions in Use Goldmine to Find Serial Numbers, Support Options, Upgrade Limits, License Type, and Features to access and update the customer's license features according to the instructions provided by the Account Manager or the Renewals Team.
After upgrading the customer's license they will be able to see that Allow SSL is set to 'Yes' under License Capabilities.
