Overview
One of your Server Administrators is locked-out and unable to receive password reset emails so you would like to reset their password using a different Server Administrator account in the LM UI.
Prerequisites
- You have a Server Administrator account that you are able to log on with
Solution
Use a different Server Administrator account to reset the locked-out Server Administrator.
- Log on to LM as a Server Administrator that is not locked-out
- Navigate to Utilities > Administration > Administrators > Server Administrator
- Locate the Server Administrator who is locked out and click their name
- In the Essentials tab, use the New/Verify Password fields to set a new password for the Server Administrator
After the new password is saved the Server Administrator is able to log on and reset their password in the UI.
