You may want to know whether LM v12.0a is compatible with Oracle 19c. 

Information

LM version 12.0a is not compatible with the Oracle19 version. Only the LM versions 12.3.9 onwards are compatible with the oracle 19 database. Download the 12.4.1 (atm latest) version using your browser or from the FTP URL: ftp://downloads.aurea.com/Release/ALM/
