Sometimes a user may not be comfortable in reading articles and performing ListManager upgrades without tech support guidance from the vendor during the process. This article provides guidelines to achieve this.

'Managed Upgrade' Option
In this case, the user is looking for a 'managed upgrade' option, where a support engineer is assigned to assist in upgrading ListManager via screen share session.
This is a billable service. In order to avail the 'managed upgrade' service, the user can contact the sales representative by sending an email to renewals@aurea.com for a quotation.
