The users of a company using ListManager for mailing communication request to link their accounts in order to show all support cases for them.
To show support cases for more than one user there is no need to link their accounts just follow the procedure below to show all support cases for all users:
- login to the support portal
- Go to the Cases section
- There is a drop-down on the screen that shows "My cases" change it to "All Cases".
By following the above process the portal should show support cases for all users
