Overview
When you try to add New Content or Edit Content that already exists, the HTML editor is not visible and you would like to know how to enable it.
Solution
The ListManager HTML WYSIWYG editor is enabled by default. Re-enabling the HTML editor applies to the Site level of ListManager and will affect all Lists, Content, and Mailings within the Site.
- Log on to ListManager as an Administrator
- Navigate to Utilities > Administration > Sites
- Click on the Site Name of the Site that you want to enable the HTML editor on
- Enable WYSIWYG editor?: Change this to Yes
- Click the Save button
After modifying the Enable WYSIWYG editor setting New Content and Content that is Edited will use the HTML WYSIWYG editor.
