Overview

Users may observe a higher number of clicks causing the reporting to be off. Also, it is noticed that many of the clicks are from the organizations' internal employees who did not click on the reported link. 

Solution

In such cases as above, the high count of clicks is probably being caused by some sort of filtering/security software that checks links. This problem can be solved by instructing the IT team to add the link's URL/domain to the security software for whitelisting.
