Overview
You have been using the Aurea Support Portal to get support for ListManager and received an email on or about April 4th, 2021 with a temporary password asking you to logon and update it. After updating the password and attempting to return you receive the message "oops The page you were looking for doesn't exist." and you need to logon for support.
Solution
The new Aurea Support Portal provides access to all of the Aurea applications in one location. For detailed information, download the guide at the bottom of this article.
- With your web browser, navigate to https://support.aurea.com instead of using any saved bookmarks you may have
- Log on to the Aurea Support Hub with your new credentials
- Click on the LM ListManager tile to access the Lyris LM Support Center
- After you arrive at the ListManager Support Center, click on your name at the top to open the dropdown and select View Activities to see the ListManager tickets you've submitted or create a new one
