Can I Download the Heatmap in Lyris LM?

Overview

After sending a mailing and reviewing the Heatmap that was produced based on click-throughs, you would like to download a copy and want to know if this is possible.

Prerequisites

  • To have statistics about clickthroughs, there must be clickable URLs in the message sent

Solution

Unfortunately, you cannot download the heatmap but you can download the Clickthrough Tracking data.

  1. Log on to Lyris LM

  2. Navigate to Reports > Mailings > Tracking Statistics > Clickthroughs

  3. Click the Excel icon to download Clickthrough statistics in CSV format

The Clickthroughs report page provides charts of clickthrough rates, for individual mailings, lists, or all your lists. It includes charts on unique, total, aggregate, and estimated click-throughs.
