You are a Lyris LM customer and need help setting up new support portal accounts for some of your coworkers or employees.
Solution
Setting up a new support portal account can be done using the Sign in link from the Aurea product support page or the ListManager support page, which can be accessed by clicking the LM widget on the Aurea support page. Support portal accounts can be used with any product on the Aurea support page. Any member of your organization can register themselves by following these steps:
- Open the Lyris LM Help Center
- Click the Sign in link in the upper right corner of the page
- In the Username and Password popup, click the Sign up link
- Enter your Full Name and Email address and click the Sign up button
You will receive a welcome email with login instructions to access the Lyris LM Help Center.
