Overview
A List Administrator complains that when they connect to your Lyris LM instance from outside your network, via the internet, they receive 404 errors when attempting to access certain pages. However, when the same List Administrators connect to your Lyris LM instance from inside your network there are no such issues.

In cases such as these where the user experiences an issue from a remote location that they do not experience locally, the issue is not related to Lyris LM but rather to your network or firewall configuration. Check with your local network administrators to troubleshoot the issue.
