Overview

You want to know is there a way to get email stats for everything that has been sent in on a specific location in Lyris or see a total email sent for a current month across all sub-organizations.

Solution

We have a report called the Agency Email Report where agency clients can see the most current data (including Total email sent) across all sub-organizations.

The report shows the Emails Sent, Deliverability, Open Rate, and Clickthrough Rate metrics for all mailings in the selected data range in both graph and list format.

You can export all data in CSV format for analysis and presentation.

Please follow these steps to see Agency Email Report: 

1. Login to ACM with the Admin account for the agency organization.
2. Click on Email marketing.
3. Click on Reports.
4. Click Agency Email Report.
   
   You can select the date range in Date From and Date To fields to make your report more specific.
   
   
5. Select the sub-organizations to view in the report
   1. Click the Accounts drop-down list which shows all sub-organizations.
   2. To see the report for one particular sub-organization, select the particular sub-organization.
   3. For the total emails sent across all sub-organizations, select all sub-organizations.
      
6. Click Apply.
