Determining the Total Number of Members in Lyris LM by List for All Lists

Overview

You may need to find out the total number of subscribers on each or on a particular list in Lyris LM. Or you would like to get a list of all member's names and member count for your site.

Solution

To determine the number of members on LM's lists:

  1. Log on to ListManager as an Administrator

  2. Navigate to Reports > Members > All Lists Member Count

You are presented with the totals per list as a chart and can change the visualization to a table which can be exported to Excel by choosing the table option from the bottom-left bar. This report shows the number of members defined in all lists on the server and is useful for determining the required license level.

The total number of members shown on the home page is NOT reflected in real-time. It is updated by the Scheduled Task of ListManager (List Member Count Stats) on a daily basis. By default, The scheduled task of “ List Member Count Stats” runs at 3:00 AM daily.
