Overview
The web access log shows the Date/Time an admin user logged in and which pages were accessed. It also displays which list they were in and what was done to the list, like delete members, sent a mailing, delete list, etc. In addition, it also shows the IP address of the person logging in.
Prerequisites
- This can only be viewed by a server administrator.
Information
The web access log may be used to audit which pages particular administrators have used. To view these logs, navigate to:
Utilities > Administration > Server > Web Access Log
The complete report can be downloaded by clicking the excel icon on the top right corner.
You may change the order in which the pages are displayed by clicking on the up or down triangles on the column headings. The headings are:
Headings | Details |
Date/Time | The date and time the page was accessed. |
IP Address | The IP address the page was accessed from. |
User | The administrator who accessed the page. |
Type | The type of administrator: list, site, or server. |
List | The list this administrator was logged into. |
URL | The ListManager URL this administrator accessed. |
Note: The length of time that these logs are kept may be limited in:
Utilities > Administration > Server> Server Settings > Automatic Maintenance > Purging Old Data
